Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Chiropractic Clinical Assistant to provide direct support to our doctor and ensure a seamless, positive experience for our patients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is a quick learner, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about health and wellness. The right candidate will be trained in all necessary clinical duties to become an integral part of our patient care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Support: Greet patients warmly, escort them to treatment rooms, and assist the doctor with various patient care procedures and therapies.

• Clinical Preparation: Prepare treatment areas for patient sessions, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.

• Treatment Assistance: Work directly alongside the doctor to facilitate patient treatment, providing the necessary support to ensure effective and efficient care.

• Patient Flow: Help manage the flow of patients throughout the office, minimizing wait times and ensuring a calm experience.

• Administrative Duties: Perform front-desk tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and answering phone calls.​

Qualifications and Skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor is essential.

• A strong desire to help others and a keen interest in health, wellness, and natural approaches to healing.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work closely with the doctor in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and maintains a high standard of confidentiality.

• Previous experience in customer service or clinical setting is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
